Il est composé d’une centaine de produits « essentiels » à prix attractif défiant toute concurrence ! Voici la troisième édition des recettes incontournables pour mettre en avant les produits du panier.
Préparation : 15 minutes
Cuisson : 1 heure
Ingrédients pour une tarte
- 1 pâte à tarte brisée ou feuilletée
- 4 poireaux
- 15 grammes de beurre
- 25 centilitres de crème fraiche
- 2 à 3 oeufs
- 300 grammes de garnitures (lardons par exemple)
- 75 grammes d’emmental râpé
Préparation de la délicieuse tarte au poireaux
- Coupez têtes et pieds despoireaux, fendez-les en deux, lavez-les avec attention et coupez-les en
lamelles. - Cuisez-les à couvert dans un peu de beurre pednant une trentaine de minutes. N’hésitez pas à ajouter un peu d’eau (ou de vin blanc) si besoin. Quand ils sont cuits, égouttez-les bien.
- Dans un saladier mélangez les oeufs battus en omelette, avec la crème et la garniture (je pré-cuis les lardons pour que ce soit moins gras). Ajoutez les poireaux, mélangez
- Déposez la pâte dans le moule, piquetez légèrement le fond à la fourchette. Ajoutez la garniture, saupoudrez de frommage râpé et faites cuire une trentaine de minutes dans un four préchauffé à 200°C.
Pour finir avant de se régaler
Démoulez la tarte et laissez là refroidir quelques minutes avant de la servir.
